GB 40876 Stainless steel Standard Pans for Testing the Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades of Commerical Induction Cookers
1. Introduction
The stainless steel standard pans are designed according to GB40876 annex A for evaluating the energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades of commerical induction cookers. The base of standard pans is made of 10Cr17 (SUS430) stainless steel, the wall of standard pans and the lids are made of 0Cr18Ni9 (0Cr19Ni9, SUS304) stainless steel. The base of the standard pans shall not be convex, the concavity of the base of the pan shall not exceed 0.6% of its diameter. The surface of the pan body and lid should be smooth and sharp edges shall be blunt.
The standard pans and No.1 lids designed according to GB40876 figure A.1 and figure A.2 are applied for testing non-integrated flat-top cookers. The No.2 lids designed according to GB40876 figure A.3 are to work with standard pans provided by manufacturers for testing non-integrated concave cookers.
